Waddle Returns & Refunds

At Waddle, we want you to be happy with your order.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • preference-based issues

Please review sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we only offer exchanges or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
