At Waddle, each product is made to order just for you. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing overproduction.

Order Processing

All items are made to order and shipped after production is complete. Please allow 4-10 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

  • U.S. orders: typically 3–7 business days
  • International orders: shipping times vary by destination

Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Waddle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Waddle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help if an issue comes up.
